Information Session Requirements

The Hilton Grand Vacations Owner's Model Room Tour and Presentation is open to the public. However, to be eligible for the gift certificate, all of the following eligibility requirements must be met: * A Vacation Ownership presentation reservation confirmation will be emailed to you within 3 days of receipt of your presentation application. Please confirm receipt of the confirmation letter as the reservation is not confirmed until the confirmation letter is received. * The gift card (American Express Card) can be used at American Express Card merchants and is not redeemable for cash. For details on how to use the gift card, please check the notes on the gift certificate.
The personal information you provide will not be used by anyone other than Hilton Grand Vacations or for any other purpose in accordance with this Site Privacy Policy. The personal information we collect may be used to provide you with materials, updates and information about Hilton Grand Vacations ownership, Hawaii travel, and information sessions by mail, email or telephone.

To participate in an information session

The Hilton Grand Vacations Owners Only Model Room Tour and Information Session is open to the public. Conditions of Information Session Participation

Hawaii: Hilton Grand Vacations Sales Presentation Offer Terms and Conditions

Hilton Grand Vacations' sales presentations are open to anyone, but all of the following conditions must be met in order to be eligible to receive the offer

1. If you are married or have a spouse or significant other, you must attend the presentation together.

(If you are not married, you may attend alone).

2. You must be at least 20 years of age. If you are attending with a partner, one of you must be at least 20 years of age.

You must have an annual income of at least 100 million won (if married, you can combine your annual income).

* For retirees, self-ownership verification can be substituted for the above requirement.

(Must be accompanied by a spouse or spouse-like person).

*For club members, the above conditions are deemed to be met.

4. Attend a sales presentation lasting approximately 120 minutes (60 minutes for club members).

* The presentation is conducted in Korean and requires understanding of specialized terminology, so foreigners must be able to use and understand Korean.

5. If you have attended a sales presentation in the past, the following conditions must be met.

* You have attended no more than 3 sales presentations in the past, and 180 days have passed since the last one.

* If you are a Club Member, you must be a contractor under a written agreement to purchase a Vacation Ownership, and the following four items must be met

a) Purchase directly from Hilton Grand Vacations (not through a third party).

b) At least 90 days have elapsed since the date of the final purchase (including upgrades or additions).

c) No more than three (3) subsequent sales presentations, excluding the last one attended, and at least 30 days have passed since the last one attended.

d) For resort owners located in the United States, one of the two principal owners must meet all of the conditions in 1 through 6.

For resort owners located in Japan, the registered owner must meet all of the conditions 1 through 6.

6. not be an employee of Hilton Worldwide, Hilton Grand Vacations, or any affiliated company.

* You must bring a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID, to the information session, or you will be denied the benefit of attending. Participation privileges will be provided upon presentation of the identification at a later date.

* If you have booked a promotion provided by our company, you cannot apply for participation without completing your trip.

* Sales presentations must be reserved in advance, pets are not allowed, and attendance after drinking alcohol is not permitted. If the company determines that you will cause inconvenience to other customers or have a relationship with anti-social forces, you will not be allowed to participate.

* Recording and recording of sales presentations is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

* If you are traveling, according to our regulations, you are not allowed to attend the sales presentation on the day of arrival and departure.
