During your vacation, you’ll attend a personalized sales presentation and tour that will introduce you to the many benefits and privileges of vacation membership with Hilton Grand Vacations. If you are traveling on an introductory getaway vacation, your sales presentation will be scheduled when you book your travel dates. It usually takes place the day after you arrive.

Once you’ve purchased your introductory getaway, you’ll receive an email with next steps and details on how to choose your preferred travel dates for your upcoming vacation.

Travel must be completed within 12 months from the date you buy your introductory getaway.

Accommodations as specified in the vacation offer may include a standard double hotel room at a Hilton portfolio hotel or a studio or suite at a Hilton Grand Vacations resort (valued at $175–$500/night), except in locations where accommodations at another brand hotel may be offered.
